Shipping Policy
Thank You for shopping with ImmerseKBeauty!
-Please make sure the billing address and shipping address are the same, as we do not ship to "P.O. BOXES".
-Please make sure you're entering the same billing address that's associated with your bank card, as the card will not process the payment if you do not enter the correct address.
-If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined the payment will not be completed, it only show you attempted to make the transaction.
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
REFUND POLICY- Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. Please note that if the period of 7 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS- The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: - Product is not as described - Product must be unopened - Product must be in original packaging - Product must be unused - Product must not be damaged In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
PROOF OF PURCHASE- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
SHIPPING ITEMS- In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. Visit any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
